These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Airbeau mobile application (the “App”) and the services provided through the App. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Account Registration:

1.1 You must create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Booking Services:

2.1 Airbeau facilitates the booking of beauty services with certified professionals who are independent service providers. The quality and completion of services are the sole responsibility of the service providers.

2.2 Users are required to provide accurate details for service bookings, and any changes must be communicated promptly.

3. Payment and Fees:

3.1 Users agree to pay the fees associated with the booked services once you got the service at the salon booked. 

3.2 Airbeau reserves the right to modify service fees and pricing at its discretion. Changes will be communicated to users in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

4.1 Users may cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy displayed during the booking process.

4.2 Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy and the specific circumstances of the cancellation.

5. User Conduct:

5.1 Users agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

5.2 Users must respect the privacy and rights of service providers and other users of the App.

6. Privacy and Data Security:

6.1 Airbeau collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.

7. Intellectual Property:

7.1 The content, logos, and trademarks on the App are owned by or licensed to Airbeau and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights.

7.2 Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written consent from Airbeau.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.

9. Changes to Terms:

Airbeau reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
